SUMMARY:
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) isannouncing that a collection of information entitled "ExperimentalStudy of Possible Footnotes and Cuing Schemes to Help Consumers InterpretQuantitative Trans Fat Disclosure on the Nutrition Facts Panel" hasbeen approved by the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) under thePaperwork Reduction Act of 1995.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:
In the Federal Register of November 10, 2003 (68 FR63901), the agency announced that the proposed information collection hadbeen submitted to OMB for review and clearance under 44 U.S.C. 3507. Anagency may not conduct or sponsor, and a person is not required to respondto, a collection of information unless it displays a currently valid OMBcontrol number. OMB has now approved the information collection and hasassigned OMB control number 0910-0532. The approval expires onSeptember 30, 2004. A copy of the supporting statement for thisinformation collection is available on the Internet at http://www.fda.gov/ohrms/dockets.
