SUMMARY:
This is an amendment of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for the State of Kentucky (FEMA-4864-DR), dated April 24, 2025.
Incident: Severe Storms, Straight-line Winds, Tornadoes, Flooding, Landslides, and Mudslides.
DATES:
Issued on June 25, 2025.
Incident Period: April 2, 2025 through May 16, 2025.
Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: July 25, 2025.
Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: January 26, 2026.

All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
