This document makes a correction to the preamble of a proposed rule, as proposed in Release No. IA-6354 (July 26, 2023), which was published in the Federal Register on August 1, 2023.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:
We are making a correction to add a sentence to the preamble of the proposed rule specifying the internet address of a summary of not more than 100 words of the proposed rule that has been posted on the Commission's website. 1
