Eureka Investor Group, Inc., Birmingham, Alabama; to become a bank holding company by acquiring Eureka Homestead Bancorp, Inc., a savings and loan holding company, and thereby indirectly acquire Eureka Homestead, a savings association subsidiary, both of Metairie, Louisiana. In addition, Eureka Homestead Bancorp, Inc. will convert from a savings and loan holding company to a bank holding company in connection with Eureka Homestead's conversion from a savings association to a national bank.
