SUMMARY:

The Mid-Atlantic Fishery Management Council's Summer Flounder, Scup, and Black Sea Bass Monitoring Committee will hold a public webinar meeting.

DATES:

The meeting will be held on Friday, October 6, 2023, from 9 a.m. until 11 a.m. EDT. For agenda details, see SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION .

[top] The Summer Flounder, Scup, and Black Sea Bass Monitoring Committee will meet page 64417 via webinar, jointly with the Atlantic States Marine Fisheries Commission's Summer Flounder, Scup, and Black Sea Bass Technical Committee. The purpose of this meeting is for both groups to receive a detailed presentation on the data inputs and methodological framework of the Recreational Demand Model. The Monitoring and Technical Committees will meet again in November 2023 to use this model for projecting recreational harvest and for considering management measure recommendations for these three species.
