Take notice that the following hydroelectric application has been filed with the Commission and is available for public inspection:
a. Application Type: Revised Land and Shoreline Management Plan.
b. Project No: 1417-278.
c. Date Filed: December 29, 2022.
d. Applicant: Central Nebraska Public Power and Irrigation District.
e. Name of Project: Kingsley Dam Hydroelectric Project.
f. Location: The project is located on the North Platte and Platte Rivers in Garden, Keith, Lincoln, Dawson, and Gosper counties, in south-central Nebraska.
g. Filed Pursuant to: Federal Power Act, 16 U.S.C. 791a-825r.

The Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure require all intervenors filing documents with the Commission to serve a copy of that document on each person whose name appears on the official service list for the project. Further, if an intervenor files comments or documents with the Commission relating to the merits of an issue that may affect the responsibilities of a particular resource agency, they must also serve a copy of the document on that resource agency.
k. Description of Request: Pursuant to License Article 421, Central Nebraska Public Power and Irrigation District (Central) filed, for Commission approval, a revised Land and Shoreline Management Plan (LSMP) for the Kingsley Dam Project. The revised LSMP is a comprehensive plan to manage the multiple resources and uses of the project's shoreline in a manner that is consistent with license requirements and project purposes, and protect environmental resources. The revised LSMP supersedes and updates the project's current LSMP approved by the Commission in 2014 and was prepared in consultation with resource agencies and with input from interested stakeholders.
