Notice.

Notice of application for an order ("Order") under sections 17(d) and 57(i) of the Investment Company Act of 1940 (the "Act") and rule 17d-1 under the Act to permit certain joint transactions otherwise prohibited by sections 17(d) and 57(a)(4) of the Act and rule 17d-1 under the Act.

Summary of Application:

Applicants request an order to permit certain business development companies ("BDCs") and closed-end management investment companies to co-invest in portfolio companies with each other and with certain affiliated investment entities.

Applicants:

CION Investment Corporation, CION Investment Management, LLC, CION Investment Partners I, L.P. and CION Management, LLC.

Filing Dates:

The application was filed on November 14, 2014, and amended on June 9, 2015, September 23, 2015, January 22, 2016, April 26, 2016, February 27, 2019, July 24, 2019, October 23, 2019, January 27, 2020, May 29, 2020, September 24, 2020, February 18, 2022, May 19, 2022 and July 13, 2022.
