ACTION:
Cancellation of public hearing on proposed rulemaking.
SUMMARY:
This document cancels a public hearing on proposed regulations prescribing mortality tables to be used for most defined benefit pension plans.
DATES:
The public hearing, originally scheduled for Tuesday, June 28, 2022, at 10 a.m. is cancelled.

A notice of proposed rulemaking and notice of public hearing that appeared in the Federal Register on Thursday, April 28, 2022 (87 FR 25161) announced that a public hearing to be held by teleconference was scheduled for Tuesday, June 28, 2022 at 10 a.m. The subject of the public hearing is under section 430 of the Internal Revenue Code.
