Federal Acquisition Regulation: Revision of Definition of "Commercial Item"; Correction
AGENCY:
Department of Defense (DoD), General Services Administration (GSA), and National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA).
ACTION:
Final rule; correction.
SUMMARY:
DoD, GSA, and NASA published a final rule amending the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) to implement a section of the John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019 to change the definition of "commercial item." This document corrects an erroneous weblink in that rule.

Effective December 6, 2021.
