Duquesne Light Company v. PJM Interconnection, L.L.C.; Notice of Complaint
Take notice that on July 30, 2020, pursuant to sections 306, and 309 of the Federal Power Act, 16 U.S.C. 825e, and 825h, and Rule 206 of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's (Commission) Rules of Practice and Procedure, 18 CFR 385.206, Duquesne Light Company (Complainant) filed a formal complaint against PJM Interconnection, L.L.C., (PJM or Respondent) requesting that the Commission direct PJM to refrain from submitting proposed amendments to the Amended and Restated Operating Agreement of PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. that it has determined violate the Consolidated Transmission Owners Agreement and Commission precedent, all as more fully explained in the complaint.
The Complainant certifies that copies of the complaint were served on the contacts listed for Respondent in the Commission's list of Corporate Officials.
