SUMMARY:
This notice amends the notice of an emergency declaration for the State of Texas (FEMA-3540-EM), dated August 24, 2020, and related determinations.

This amendment was issued August 25, 2020.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:
The notice of an emergency declaration for the State of Texas is hereby amended to include reimbursement for eligible emergency protective measures for the following areas determined to have been adversely affected by the event declared an emergency by the President in his declaration of August 24, 2020.
The counties of Aransas, Bexar, Brazoria, Calhoun, Cameron, Chambers, Galveston, Hardin, Harris, Jackson, Jasper, Jefferson, Kenedy, Kleberg, Liberty, Matagorda, Newton, Nueces, Orange, Refugio, San Patricio, Victoria, and Willacy for reimbursement for eligible emergency protective measures (already designated for emergency protective measures (Category B), limited to direct Federal assistance and reimbursement for mass care including evacuation and shelter support).
