Take notice that on March 30, 2020, pursuant to sections 210 and 212 of the Federal Power Act,1 and Rule 204 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure,2 the City of Goose Creek, South Carolina filed an application for an order directing South Carolina Public Service Authority to administratively transition the interconnection customer at the Mt. Holly Interconnection from Century Aluminum of South Carolina, Inc. to Goose Creek and take all necessary steps to maintain the Mt. Holly Interconnection.
