Incident: Severe Storms, Straight-line Winds and Flooding.
Incident Period: 03/11/2019 through 04/16/2019.
DATES:
Issued on 08/16/2019.
Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 07/19/2019.
Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 02/20/2020.

All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
