Description: The Child Care and Development Block Grant Act, as amended, allows federally-recognized Tribes to use Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) grant awards for construction and renovation of child care facilities. The proposed draft procedures update the procedures that were originally issued in August 1997 (and revised periodically) by making minor technical and formatting changes.
