Indicated Generation Owners; Notice of Petition for Declaratory Order

Take notice that on May 3, 2019, pursuant to Rule 207 of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission's (Commission) Rules of Practice and Procedure, 18 CFR 385.207 (2017), Indicated Generation Owners?1 (collectively Petitioners), filed a petition for a declaratory order regarding proposed revenue requirements and cost-based rates for merchant generators providing reactive power service to the PJM Interconnection, L.L.C. market, as more fully explained in the petition.
