PATH Allegheny Transmission Company, LLC; Notice of Petition for Declaratory Order

Take notice that on July 23, 2018, pursuant to Rule 207 of the Federal

Energy Regulatory Commission's (Commission) Rules of Practice and Procedure, 18 CFR 385.207 (2017), PATH Allegheny Transmission Company, LLC and its subsidiaries, PATH Allegheny Virginia Transmission Corporation (PATH-VA) and PATH Allegheny Maryland Transmission Corporation (PATH-MD), (together, PATH AYE) filed a petition requesting the Commission issue a declaratory order determining that PATH AYE's distribution of paid-in capital to its ultimate parent company-FirstEnergy Corp., will not violate section 305(a) of the Federal Power Act,1 as more fully explained in the petition.
