SUMMARY:
This is a Notice of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for Public Assistance Only for the State of South Dakota (FEMA-4298-DR), dated 02/01/2017.
Incident: Severe Winter Storm.
Incident Period: 12/24/2016 through 12/26/2016.
Effective Date: 02/01/2017.
Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 04/03/2017.
Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 11/01/2017.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:
Notice is hereby given that as a result of the President's major disaster declaration on 02/01/2017, Private Non-Profit organizations that provide essential services of governmental nature may file disaster loan applications at the address listed above or other locally announced locations.
The following areas have been determined to be adversely affected by the disaster:
Primary Counties: Butte, Clark, Codington, Day, Deuel, Dewey, Edmunds, Fall River, Faulk, Grant, Haakon, Hamlin, Harding, Jackson, Jones, Marshall, McPherson, Meade, Pennington, Perkins, Roberts, Stanley, Sully, Ziebach.
The Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe within Dewey and Ziebach Counties and the Oglala Sioux Tribe with Jackson County.
