FLS Energy, Inc.; Notice of Petition for Enforcement
Take notice that on October 17, 2016, pursuant to section 210(h)(2)(B) of the Public Utility Regulatory Policies Act of 1978 (PURPA)?1 and sections 206, 306, and 309 of the Federal Power Act,2 FLS Energy, Inc. filed a Petition for Enforcement requesting the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (Commission) exercise its authority and initiate enforcement action against the Montana Public Service Commission and NorthWestern Corporation, alleging that they failed to implement PURPA, all as more fully explained in the petition.
