MATTERS TO BE CONSIDERED:
The Commission will consider and act upon the following in open session: Secretary of Labor v. Jim Walter Resources, Inc., Docket Nos. SE 2007-203-R et al. (Issues include whether the Judge erred in applying the "reasonably prudent person" test in determining whether a roof fall violation occurred.)
