Description: Application of London Executive Aviation Limited ("LEA") requesting a foreignair carrier permit and an exemption authorizing LEA to engage in: (i) Foreign charterair transportation of persons, property, and mail from any point or points behind anyMember State of the European Union, via any point or points in any EU Member Stateand via intermediate points, to any point or points in the United States and beyond; (ii)foreign charter air transportation of persons, property, and mail between any point orpoints in the United States and any point or points in any member of the EuropeanCommon Aviation Area; (iii) foreign charter air transportation of cargo between anypoint or points in the United States and any other point or points; (iv) other charterspursuant to the prior approval requirements; and (v) charter transportation authorizedby any additional route rights made available to European Union carriers in the future.
