Incident: Severe Winter Storms and Flooding.
Incident Period: 11/08/2011 through 11/10/2011
Effective Date: 12/22/2011.
Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 02/21/2012.
Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 09/24/2012.
