This is an amendment of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for Public Assistance Only for the State of North Carolina (FEMA-4019-DR), dated 09/01/2011.
Incident: Hurricane Irene.
Incident Period: 08/25/2011 through 09/01/2011.
Effective Date: 09/10/2011.
Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 10/31/2011.
Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 06/01/2012.

The notice of the President's major disaster declaration for Private Non-Profit organizations in the State of North Carolina, dated 09/01/2011, is hereby amended to include the following areas as adversely affected by the disaster.
Primary Counties: Gates, Hertford, Johnston, Northampton, Sampson, Warren, Washington.
All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
