Incident: Severe Storms, Tornadoes, Straight-line Winds, and Flooding.
Incident Period: 04/15/2011 through 05/31/2011.
Effective Date: 06/24/2011.
Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 07/18/2011.
EIDL Loan Application Deadline Date: 01/30/2012.
