Incident: Severe Storms, Tornadoes, and Straight-line Winds.
Incident Period: 04/14/2011.
Effective Date: 04/22/2011.
Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 06/21/2011.
Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 01/23/2012.
