This is an amendment of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for Public Assistance Only for the State of Utah (FEMA-1955-DR), dated 02/11/2011.
Incident: Severe Winter Storms and Flooding.
Incident Period: 12/20/2010 through 12/24/2010.
Effective Date: 03/11/2011.
Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 04/12/2011.
Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 11/14/2011.
