Incident: Caughlin Fire.
Incident Period: 11/18/2011 through 11/21/2011.
Effective Date: 12/07/2011.
Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 02/06/2012.
Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 09/07/2012.
