Incident: Tropical Storm Lee.
Incident Period: 09/08/2011 Through 09/09/2011.
Effective Date: 11/14/2011.
Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 01/13/2012.
Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 08/14/2012.
