Incident Period: 08/30/2011 and continuing.

Effective Date: 09/23/2011.
Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 11/08/2011.
EIDL Loan Application Deadline Date: 06/06/2012.

Contiguous Counties: (Economic Injury Loans Only):
Texas, Camp, Henderson, Panola, Van Zandt, Wood,
All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
