This is a Notice of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for the Commonwealth ofPuerto Rico (FEMA-4040-DR), dated 10/18/2011.
Incident: Tropical Storm Maria.
Incident Period: 09/08/2011 through 09/14/2011.
Effective Date: 10/18/2011.
Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 12/19/2011.
Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 07/18/2012.
