The Commission will consider and act upon the following in open session: Secretary of Labor v. Wolf Run Mining Company, Docket Nos. WEVA 2006-853, et al. (Issues include whether the administrative law judge erred in ruling on alleged violations of the regulatory standard requiring the use of lightning arresters in certain situations.)
