Incident: Severe Storms, Flooding, Tornadoes, and Straight-line Winds.
Incident Period: 03/26/2009 through 05/05/2009.
DATES:
Effective Date: 05/11/2009.
Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 06/22/2009.
Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 01/21/2010.

The notice of the President's major disaster declaration for Private Non-Profit organizations in the State of Florida, dated 04/21/2009, is hereby amended to include the following areas as adversely affected by the disaster.
Primary Counties: Dixie, Gilchrist, Lafayette, Suwannee.
All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
