Argus Media, Inc.; Notice of Filing

Take notice that on December 30, 2008, Argus Media, Inc. (Argus) filed a request for the Commission to determine that the methodology for developing price indices contained in Argus North American Natural Gas meets all or substantially all of the requirements set forth in the Policy Statement on Natural Gas and Electric Price Indices (Policy Statement).1On May 1, 2009, Argus filed a supplement to its initial request.

Any person desiring to intervene or to protest these filings must file in accordance with Rules 211 and 214 of the Commission's Rules of Practice and Procedure (18 CFR 385.211, 385.214). Protests will be considered by the Commission in determining the appropriate action to be taken, but will not serve to make protestants parties to the proceeding.
