This is an amendment of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for the State of Florida (FEMA-1831-DR), dated 04/28/2009.
Incident: Severe Storms, Flooding, Tornadoes, and Straight-line Winds.
Incident Period: 03/26/2009 and continuing.
Effective Date: 05/01/2009.
Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 06/29/2009.
EIDL Loan Application Deadline Date: 01/28/2010.

The notice of the Presidential disaster declaration for the State of Florida, dated 04/28/2009 is hereby amended to include the following areas as adversely affected by the disaster:
Primary Counties: (Physical Damage and Economic Injury Loans): Dixie, Gilchrist.
Contiguous Counties: (Economic Injury Loans Only):
Florida: Alachua, Levy.
All other information in the original declaration remains unchanged.
