The meeting will be open to the public.

Open Session
1. Announcement of Notation Votes, and
2. Notice of Proposed Rulemaking on Reasonable Factors Other than Age under the Age Discrimination in Employment Act.
Note:
In accordance with the Sunshine Act, the meeting will be open to public observation of the Commission's deliberations and voting. Seating is limited and it is suggested that visitors arrive 30 minutes before the meeting in order to be processed through security and escorted to the meeting room. (In addition to publishing notices on EEOC Commission meetings in the Federal Register , a copy is posted on EEOC's Web site, http://www.eeoc.gov. , and the Commission also provides a recorded announcement a full week in advance on future Commission sessions.)
