This is a notice of an Administrative declaration of a disaster for the U.S. Virgin Islands dated 10/31/2008.
Incident: Hurricane Omar.
Incident Period: 10/14/2008 through 10/16/2008.
Effective Date: 10/31/2008.
Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 12/30/2008.
Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: 07/31/2009.
