Incident: Severe storms and flooding.
Incident Period: July 18, 2007.
Effective Date: July 30, 2007.
Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: September 28, 2007.
Economic Injury (Eidl) Loan Application Deadline Date: April 30, 2008.
