1. Audrey G. Savage , Monticello, Iowa, indivudually and as trustee of the Audrey G. Savage Revocable Inter Vivos Trust; to acquire control of Family Merchants Bancorporation, Cedar Rapids, Iowa, and thereby indirectly acquire control of Family Merchants Bank, Cedar Rapids, Iowa.
