This is a Notice of the Presidential declaration of a major disaster for Public Assistance Only for the State of Iowa ( FEMA-1688-DR), dated 03/14/2007.
Incident: Severe Winter Storms.
Incident Period: 02/23/2007 through 03/02/2007.
Effective Date: 03/14/2007.
Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 05/14/2007.
