SUMMARY:

An open meeting of the Area 2 Taxpayer Advocacy Panel will be conducted in Raleigh, NC. The Taxpayer Advocacy Panel is soliciting public comments, ideas, and suggestions on improving customer service at the Internal Revenue Service.

DATES:

The meeting will be held Wednesday, April 25, Thursday, April 26, and Friday, April 27, 2007.

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 10(a)(2) of the Federal Advisory Committee Act, 5 U.S.C. App. (1988) that an open meeting of the Area 2 Taxpayer Advocacy Panel will be held Wednesday, April 25, 2007 from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. ET, Thursday, April 26, 2007 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. and from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m. ET and Friday, April 27, 2007 from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. ET.
