Take notice that on June 26, 2006, Wyoming Interstate Company, Ltd. (WIC) tendered for filing its response to request to show cause in compliance with ordering paragraph (b) of the Commission's "Order on Rehearing Directing Compliance Filing" issued on May 25, 2006.
