This is a notice of an Administrative declaration of a disaster for the State of Indiana dated April 13, 2006.
Incident: Severe Storms and Tornadoes.
Incident Period: March 31, 2006 through April 9, 2006.
Effective Date: April 13, 2006.
Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: June 12, 2006.
Economic Injury (EIDL) Loan Application Deadline Date: January 16, 2007.
