Incident: Severe Storms and Flooding.
Incident Period: 10/16/2006 and continuing through 11/08/2006.
DATES:
Effective Date: 11/08/2006.
Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 01/02/2007.
EIDL Loan Application Deadline Date: 08/02/2007.
