Incident: Severe Thunderstorm, Torrential Rains Flooding.
Incident Period: 10/01/2005 through 10/02/2005.
Effective Date: 10/20/2005.
Physical Loan Application Deadline Date: 12/19/2005.
EIDL Loan Application Deadline Date: 07/20/2006.
