SUMMARY:
The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) isannouncing that a collection of information entitled "SubstantialEvidence of Effectiveness of New Animal Drugs", has been approved bythe Office of Management and Budget (OMB) under provisions of the PaperworkReduction Act of 1995 (the PRA).

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:
In the Federal Register of January 7, 2004 (69 FR 923),the agency announced that the proposed information collection had beensubmitted to OMB for review and clearance under section 3507 of the PRA (44U.S.C. 3507). An agency may not conduct or sponsor, and a person is notrequired to respond to, a collection of information unless it displays acurrently valid OMB control number. OMB has now approved the informationcollection and has assigned OMB control number 0910-0356. Theapproval expires on March 31, 2007.
