Trailblazer Pipeline Company; Notice of Compliance Filing

Take notice that on June 20, 2003, Trailblazer Pipeline Company (Trailblazer) tendered for filing to become part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Third Revised Volume No. 1, the tariff sheets listed on Appendix A to the filing, some of which are to be effectiveMay 23, 2003 while other tariff sheets are proposed to be effective August 15, 2003.
Trailblazer states that the purpose of this filing is to comply with the Commission's Order on Technical Conference and Denying Requests for Rehearing issued May 23, 2003 (Order). Trailblazer states that no tariff changes other than those required by the Order are reflected in this filing.
Trailblazer states that copies of the filing are being mailed to all parties set out in the Commission's official service list in Docket No. RP03-162.
