Take notice that on May 29, 2003, Enbridge Pipelines (KPC) (KPC) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, First Revised Volume No. 1, the following tariff sheets to be made effective January 1, 2003, subject to the extension granted by Commission order dated November 12, 2002, and the May 6, 2003, notice in FERC Docket Nos. RP02-488-002 and RP00-318-003:

KPC states that the purpose of this filing is to comply with the Commission's order issued April 30, 2003, which required KPC to delete certain language from section 8.1(d) of the General Terms and Conditions (GTC) and to also clarify certain language in sections 8.1(d) and 11.2. KPC states that the instant filing complies with the Commission's Order.
Any person desiring to protest said filing should file a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE., Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with § 385.211 of the Commission's rules and regulations. All such protests must be filed in accordance with § 154.210 of the Commission's regulations.
