SUMMARY:
This notice amends the notice of a major disaster declaration for the District of Columbia (FEMA-1493-DR), datedSeptember 20, 2003, and related determinations.
EFFECTIVE DATE:
September 26, 2003.

SUPPLEMENTARY INFORMATION:
The notice of a major disaster declaration for the District of Columbia is hereby amended to include the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program for the District of Columbia determined to have been adversely affected by the catastrophe declared a major disaster by the President in his declaration of September 20, 2003:
The District of Columbia is eligible to apply for assistance under the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program.
