Mississippi River Transmission Corporation; Notice of Proposed Changes in FERC Gas Tariff

October 1, 2002.

Take notice that on September 25, 2002, Mississippi River Transmission Corporation (MRT) tendered for filing as part of its FERC Gas Tariff, Third Revised Volume No. 1, the following revised tariff sheets to be effective November 1, 2002:

Forty-Sixth Revised Sheet No. 5

Forty-Sixth Revised Sheet No. 6

Forty-Third Revised Sheet No. 7

Eighteenth Revised Sheet No. 8

MRT states that the purpose of this filing is to adjust MRT's fuel percentages pursuant to section 22 of its General Terms and Conditions.

Any person desiring to be heard or to protest said filing should file a motion to intervene or a protest with the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, 888 First Street, NE, Washington, DC 20426, in accordance with sections 385.214 or 385.211 of the Commission's Rules and Regulations.
