SUMMARY:
This document requests comments on a petition filed by Wisner Broadcasting Company proposing the allotment of Channel 300C3 at Wisner, Louisiana, as that community's first local service. The coordinates for Channel 300C3 at Wisner are 32-05-28 and 91-28-57. There is a site restriction 20.4 kilometers (12.7 miles) northeast of the community.

Comments must be filed on or before March 26, 2001, and reply comments on or before April 10, 2001.
